  • Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within India. We are working to expand our shipping options to other countries and will update our customers as soon as international shipping becomes available.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be free for all over India. For International shipping charges will be based on your location, our team will contact you for the shipping charges.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Dispatch Time: After your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and will be provided at checkout.


Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with some areas requiring additional time.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website or through your account on our website.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable to receive the order after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: While we strive to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, there may be unforeseen delays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date or if you suspect your order is lost, please contact us at info@support.navdhaaga.com with your order number.


Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses delivery of an order, the package will be returned to us. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and additional fees may apply for re-shipping the order.
